Summary: This is not 4* at all. Woke everyday at 8am by the cleaners banging. Manager was shouting at guests in public. The room safe didn’t work, the room was very small and I’d say 2-3* at best. Staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. Transport is very expensive to go anywhere and it’s very far from Venice city.

Summary: No bell boy to help with luggage. Very basic room, reminds me of a school dorm. Room smells garlic ??. Hallway smells of cigarette smoke. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.
