Positive: Very comfortable house for our family to stay in while visiting Alamosa. We enjoyed sitting around a camp fire in the outdoor fire pit roasting marshmallows and taking in the beautiful view of Blanca Peak in the evening. The house itself is very spacious and comfortable, thoughtfully stocked with supplies and fully stocked kitchen which allowed us to enjoy a home cooked dinner and breakfast. The property host was very friendly and responsive to any questions and the campground host was friendly as well and quick to bring us firewood at the house. Would absolutely stay here again!

Positive: This was a great stop on our way through CO. The house is clean and well appointed. They have nearly everything you need! The owner was so friendly and the communication leading up to and during our stay was great. Would definitely recommend this to anyone coming to Great Sand Dunes or the surrounding area. We were even able to rent sand sleds right at the property…so convenient!
