Positive: Pleasant location, peaceful village area, facilities are good, Pet is allowed thats good thing with extra charges of Rs.500 for my pet dog. There is hot water facilities, breakfast was nice. AC rooms are nice, surrounded by Mangoe trees.

Negative: This property is very much inside the remote area, things are not accessible easily, everything is far, visiting to market area take 30 to 40 mintues by car as there are very small roads while reaching this property. Owner tone was very harsh initially when she talked with me & also asked me to cancel because she cant offer food at night, there is way of talking with customers which I told her on the spot. Owner needs to work on hospitality and Communication with customers. Really felt bad as we were travelling all the way from Mumbai to Ratnagiri this place and Owner talks this way

Positive: The owners were very friendly and caring. They helped us in organising various local trips. Gave us useful tips about local shopping and sightseeing etc. They were concerned about our comfort and well being. The meals and snacks provided by them were tasty. We especially liked their Poha and ukdiche modak
