Summary: Very new, wonderful beach home with great accommodations. Everything worked great and the home was well stocked with everything you need for a stay, particularly kitchen items. Bedrooms were spacious and home had a great layout for a large family to feel very comfortable. The backyard pool and outdoor kitchen area as well as rooftop seating area made for nice variety to spend outdoor time. Highly reccommend.

Summary: This home is in a great, convenient location. About a minute walk to the entrance of a beautiful private beach. Chairs and umbrellas set up on the beach is so nice. The house is beautifully done. So much room throughout, and the outdoor area with the pools was excellent. We loved it all. Beach reunion management were so easy to deal with and accommodating. It would have been nice if some kitchen spices etc. were at the home, as most rentals have these, so we didn't have to bring them with. Also, directions on running appliances would have been nice. We figured it out, though. My entire family totally enjoyed their time there.
