Positive: Close to Trafford centre and Old Trafford Beds were comfy

Negative: Little bit shabby in certain areas No dishwasher but two ovens?!? Coded locks on bedroom doors but no idea what codes were if kids had of locked them.

Negative: Ran out of hot water so showers were cold. Seating area not adequate for number of occupants. Only realistically seats 4.

Positive: Location was great, easy to get to places via cab. Supermarkets and shops are walking distance. I would have preferred to have had my own access to a car, as would have driven in to the city centre which is not far from the property, but this is my own preference. There was a local sweet shop 2 min walk away and bus stop located outside of the home. Unsure where the bus takes you as there was no guide provided in the property which would of been helpful and useful for those who are not savvy to check on the internet. Host company easy to get hold of and rectify issues you have.

Negative: The house was extremely cold and no guide/manual on how to use the thermostat. We also had no hot water for the entire from late Friday evening, and the entire Saturday until really late at night. Several communication with host company trying to trouble shoot but ended up getting sorted on the day I checked out which was not helpful. This really did impact and ruin things for me and the children. Thee doors are all fire doors and close behind you, would have been great to have some door stoppers as the youngest traveller was 2 years old. Also had a situation where my 2 year old got trapped in a room and there was confusion around codes to access the rooms. The host was really helpful trying to help, however I think next time the codes should be provided prior to arrival to prevent instances of situations like this happening. It took a good 20 mins before we managed to locate the codes ourselves in one of the draws in the kitchen and free my son from the room. He was extremely distressed and traumatised by it all, as was I.
