Summary: We had a great time at Teresa's. The property is spacious and quiet. The place has a lot of character and the porch is perfect for a nice breakfast or dinner overlooking the beautiful fields. The beach is only 10 min away by car. This place is perfect for those looking to have a nice and quiet break.

Summary: A fantastic place. We’ve been coming to Portugal for 11 years - often to this area near Vila Nova De Milfontes - and we’ve seldom stayed anywhere as nice. Theresa and her husband are wonderfully helpful and kind and we became addicted to her freshly baked bread, home grown tomatoes and cheerful dogs. The house itself has a lovely homely feeling and afternoons in the hammock on the Verandah are bliss. The upper decks of the bedrooms make great ‘dens’ for kids and given the choose our son chose to sleep up there rather than downstairs. Strongly recommended and I’m sure we will be back. Summary: The property was exactly as described and provided a perfect base to relax and to explore this beautiful part of Portugal. Teresa and Augusto couldn't have been more friendly or helpful, providing lots of information on the area and keeping us supplied with fresh eggs, bread and fruit and vegetables from their garden. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and I am sure you will too!

Summary: We stayed two weeks with our kids (4 and 2 years old) at Monte Barranquilho and it was perfect. The house, the beaches and of course Teresa and Augusto. They were so helpful and interested in the wellbeing of their guests. It will surely not be our last time at this place.

Summary: We stayed one and a half week with our 2 year old daughter and it was a beginning of our stay in Portugal. Needless to say, it was a truly perfect stay! The hosts, Teresa and Augusto, are the nicest, friendliest and most hospitable people we met there. They made sure we have everything we need and much more! Starting with a surprise from Teresa's own biological garden :) The farmhouse is very cosy and lovingly decorated. We had plenty of space and enjoyed staying on the terrace and hanging out on the hammock. In the kitchen, you have everything you need, there was nothing we missed. That made the cooking and eating "at home" very nice! We were cooking with the fresh herbs from Teresa's garden. Our daughter loved the 2 dogs Bamboo and Amora, as well as the cats Yoda and Ginger. Every morning, she enjoyed saying hi to the chickens. The location is also perfect. You are very close to Almograve (only 4 or 5 min with the car) and as well not far from several other beaches that are also a lot of fun for a child, as there are the little pools in the rocks, where also children can safely play in the water. All in all, I recommend the stay to everyone who enjoys the perfect combination of silence and tranquility and the proximity to great beaches. The heartwarming and awesome hosts make it an unforgettable holidays. Thank you again, Teresa! We felt like at home. Abraços & beijinhos from Germany.

Summary: we had a great vacation. Good weather, nice people, beautiful country. But the house we rented was a bonus. A very nice house on a beautiful spot, quiet and very clean. We also had company! two nice dogs and cats. But the most special company were the owners. There was a very warm welcome when we arrived. Summary: We had a very nice week. The house is clean and perfectly eqipped. Teresa who ones the house gave us a very warm welcome and made sure we have everything we need. The beach is only 10 minutes by car. We spend mist time just sitting outside the beatyful house and enjoying the view.

Summary: You see what you get. It is as beautiful and well maintained as it is shown on the pictures. Teresa and Augusto are lovely landlords, they really make you feel home. If you are looking for a nice place to stay and breathe the air and spirit of Alentejo, this is where you need to go.

Summary: This house is a very good place to relax, very calm. We slept very well. It's furnished very comfortably, all things you need are available. We liked to cook, sit at the patio, look at the sunset and the stars, enjoying the hammock. Nearly every day we had gone by bike to the ocean. Without traffic.
