Positive: I really loved the restaurant: really good food and amazing views. The staff were super friendly and the food was great. The room was clean and well presented. I was only there as a stop off, but had a great night sleep.
Negative: Parking wasn't easy when we arrived, but the staff help us manoeuvre into a space.
Summary: I would recommend this place: Good value for money.

Positive: I was amazed, and still am, at how friendly and accommodating the staff members, Maria Jos'e, Maria Paz, and Joxan Sanchez, all of whom welcomed me with open arms, were! They all truly made my stay there extremely pleasant and welcoming. The Resort itself is a truly quaint setting with 12 rooms, which made for a tranquil and relaxing experience - something I'm not used to in NYC. The restaurant is decked in style, with an extensive wine selection, yet welcomes a casual dining presence. The menu items are all prepared from fresh ingredients by a well-trained kitchen staff. The views are phenomenal, from the various sunrises to the sunsets, and in between. I can go on and on about the Barons Resort, but the best way to sum up my feelings about this beautiful place is that I will be returning there very soon!
