Summary: First room I was given wasn’t cleaned Second room I had I dropped my bag off and went out On my return I decided to put the tv on and it didn’t work and at 12.30am I wasn’t going to say anything Cracked tiles on bathroom floor

Summary: This was a great place to stay. Convenient for early flight out of airport with a shuttle bus service. The staff was friendly and the food service was on point. Would recommend and would stay here again. Thankyou.

Summary: Had the experience of staying here for two nights whilst attending a training course locally. I was drawn into the place by the pictures showing in your website. Firstly, you should be ashamed at allowing such inaccurate photos to be on your site. This “hotel” looks NOTHING like the pictures you have on your site. It’s run down, untidy with weeds growing all over the place. I should have known how it was going to be looking at the state of the stairs leading up to the room. The room itself was ok. Bed was quite comfortable but the pillows felt like they were stuffed with house bricks. I gave up on the TV. It had a 1980s proper aerial attached and I had to walk around the room with it plugged in the back trying to get a picture. The shower was interesting. The head needed to be pushed right up against the wall which resulted in the spray sort of towards you because if you tried to lower the spray angle the shower head would fall off the holder as it was too heavy! Breakfast was ok. A reasonable selection of hot and cold food. A couple of good points. The bed linen was nice and crisp and the towels were lovely and soft. Overall more of a hostel than a hotel and would definitely not stay here again especially at nearly £169 for two nights. Shame on you Hotels.com

Summary: Check in was smooth, although big dog in reception area can be off putting for guests arriving. No privavcy given at reception desk either with other guests just standing there for a chat with staff. Visited bar, no glasses offered with bottled drink - staff member more concerned about going out side to vape. Room (134) Television rested on dressing table obviously previously used to be on the wall and it'd come off and it was just put there. The following morning I went to have a shower. Absolutely no cold water came out through the shower - now I like I hot shower but it took my husband filling up plastic cups at the sink so I could wash my hair as there is no way I could tolerate the shower. The water coming out the sink taps was also of the same scolding temperature.
