Positive: It was fair heating went off around 11 pm on a main road but triple glazing had been installed
Negative: As I was supposed to be leaving around 7 am apparently working on winter hours whatever that means so there was no breakfast and no price reduction and no to go bags available/offered

Positive: Lovely friendly people with a great view from the room. Bed was quite firm but satisfactory, the other bed in the room was softer. Breakfast was good.

Positive: Exceeded expectations because Joan was a perfect host. Very accommodating indeed. I had the rear bedroom looking out on to a large beautiful garden which was very peaceful. The room itself was comfortable and well appointed, whilst the breakfast (full english) was plentiful and tasty. Location was ideal, easy to find and park on site. Overall, very good value indeed and Joan is justifyably busy most of the time. Would DEFINITELY stay again.
Negative: Nothing at all. Brilliant.

Positive: Easy to find and plenty of parking. The host welcomed me and showed me to my room. Lovely large back garden where all you could hear were birds. Breakfast was simply delicious and served in their lovely dining room. I would thoroughly recommend staying here. If I go on another cruise from Southampton, I would definitely stay here again.
Negative: There was absolutely nothing to dislike.
