Summary: Our second stay at this lovely property. Great country location just a 15 minute drive from Padstow and Harlyn Bay. Enjoyed sealife boat safari from Padstow, surfing at Harlyn Bay & Mawgan Porth with Waves surf school and many coastal walks.

Summary: The property had the potential to be stunning but just wasn't ' clean. It looked as though it needed a thorough deep clean. Garden neglected and garden furniture filthy. Location lovely very convenient for beaches and the weather was fantastic. Property very well kitted out but owners need to up their game . We wouldn't return.

Summary: This is a spacious clean modern home which has been tastefully renovated and well equipped. We felt instantly at home here. Nice touches included a lovely woodburner, dvds, books and games. The home is perfectly located to explore Padstow, Wadebridge Polzeath and the North coast whilst being in a gorgeous peaceful rural setting. There is a lovely private garden with country views. The owners have taken great care to provide a useful house manual and suggestions of places to go etc. This felt more like a friend had lent us their house than a rental. The price was excellent value for money in October. We highly recommend this property.
