Positive: Nice and comfortable apartment

Negative: Nothing particular - just a few minor things to mention: stairs up to the apartment are quite steep so could be an issue for people with reduced mobility. The temperature controls were not clear initially and the explanation page was missing from info brochure. The issue was quickly clarified by the owner/manager. Could do with a microwave and some more hooks in the bathroom.

Positive: Nice facility with almost what is needed to stay in an apartment. The location was great as it was very close to the venue of what I came for in Bergen. Overall, the apartment was good and the staff responded well to my requests.

Positive: We enjoyed our stay in Barfot Apartments. The apartment was spotlessly clean, nicely decorated and we enjoyed living like locals.

Negative: There is a very steep, but short, spiral staircase leading to the apartment. Hard work with heavy suitcases for older people. If you are travelling with backpacks it would present no problems!

Positive: Location was amazing. Could walk to main tourist area easily. Beautiful apartment. Comfortable bed. So nice to have a sofa to sit on. Handy to have a washing machine with detergent provided. Good size apartment for 2 furnished tastefully.

Negative: Only minor details. An extra pillow would be good. A shelf in the shower to put your shampoo, soap etc on would be helpful. Also a shelf below the coat rack or above the shoe rack so you could put your bag on it instead of having them on the floor.

Positive: Central location. Well-equipped apartment. Clear instructions. No keys Responsive owners for answering questions.

Negative: The photos shown during the booking process do not all match the final rental. There is a noisy permanent air conditioning system that cannot be turned off. There are no blackout curtains, only translucent blinds. The bed seems to tilt slightly (the head is higher than the feet). Unfortunately, these last three points caused us to sleep poorly during our stay.
