Positive: Property is excellent location, easy walk to beach, Lennox Main Street and great cafe 2 doors down. Loved the pool and BBQ with also all facilities required including washer and dryer. Would definitely stay again!

Negative: The property is advertised as a 3 bedroom however bedroom 2 and 3 are only partially separated by a built in wardrobe as the divider that does not extend between the whole room. Fine for families and with kids but are definitely not separate bedrooms. Room that extends onto loungeroom also only has louvre style doors that do not extend to the roof so do not completely seperate room from loungeroom in regard to noise etc. Again would be fine for families but not if expecting more privacy.

Summary: Great unit with pool and full facilities and makes for a great family holiday.

Negative: just a few little things like Foxtel advertised but doesn’t work, the books and board games need updating. very poor condition. no pepper and virtually no tea or coffee. no lights from garage to front door.

Summary: would be a 10 if they put a little effort into the finishing touches instead of relying upon it’s location only
