Positive: The location was super, just down the street from beach access, straight ahead. the family room had a great L shape couch for us to sit around and chat, watch TV too. Had a great kitchen Island for serving meals and playing games. (we brought games and cards) Great deck comfortable furniture to relax, chat, read a book or enjoy some sun. Beverage refrigerator we could dedicate to put our drinks. new bag of ice in freezer, ice maker worked too! Few essentials like salt, pepper, coffee sweeteners were there. Supplies included paper plates, toilet paper, paper towels (which we replaced as requested) We were a collective family so we had great parking space. The neighbors, especially Mary, were very nice. The primary bedroom had lots of hanging space and shelving! Fresh renovations & paint. Property manager Mary was very helpful as well. Lobster Pound Restaurant just around the corner. Got us a crib for our 9 month old. so very close to wonderful and exceptional!
Negative: high tide was at 2pm...not controllable. able to go to beach early am til 12:30, and went down again at 3:00 BUT you can go down the street either direction to a beach ( a little rocky during high tide) Great washer and dryer, but they took closet space in one of the bedrooms. Basic Cleaning but could use some tweaking.

Positive: House was clean, modern, and comfortable both inside and in the outdoor patio space. The weather was very warm during our stay so was great to be able to take a break from the beach and retreat to the air conditioning and hang around the big kitchen island.
Summary: Great house, great location. Just book it you won’t regret it!
