Summary: Greggers and Dao are hospitable hosts at this oasis in Bangkok. Clean facilities including 2 pools, a sauna and a restaurant serving traditional thai fare. Highly recommended.

Summary: After suffering a bad fall at the transit hotel and receiving first aid I traveled to Barefeet the next day. Gregers, the owner took me to a local medical clinic where they tidied up the wounds, which were quite deep, so Greg had me back there every two days for re-dressing. What terrific people are the owners Gregers and Dao, no wonder they have such marvellous staff.

Summary: Had a lovely stay. Nice and relaxed. Staff were lovely. Nice and clean with good breakfast. Only serious advice would be to make sure to lock your room. We forgot one day and had money stolen.. perhaps room safes should be provided

Summary: pro: nice host and guest. western home cook breakfast every morning. items are reasonably priced. massage and scrub is excellent. con: many mosquitoes, far from city centre (taxi driver who dont speak english may get lost). also it is mainly male guests.
