Summary: De omgeving en uitzicht is echt prachtig het huis is verder oké de badkamers zijn wel erg ouderwets en klein Nadeel is dat je best een aardige auto moet rijden om te komen op de berg maar is wel een avontuur apart Zwembad is heerlijk wat ontbreekt zijn lekkere stoelen zowel bij het zwembad als bij het huis de sitjes bestaan uit harde plastic stoelen en picknick tafels De eigenaar spreekt alléén Italiaans

Summary: Alles sehr freundlicj wie in 2018. Man solte schon überlegen über die Bäder Rekonstrukzion. Die Dusche in eimem Bad .- das Wasser fliesst direkt auf das Kopf, keine andere Möglichkeit ist da (Duschenschlauch?). Ich möchte noch empfehlen ein Abgasventilator zu instalieren (in der Nische mit Gaskochaparat). .

Summary: Das Haus und die Anlage sind wunderschön, der Pool ist größer als er am Prospekt erscheint und nicht überchlor. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Die Betten sind italienischer Standard, warum das so sein muss werde ich nie verstehen. Vermieter spricht zwar nur italienisch aber die Verständigung hat super geklappt, hatten 2x etwas gebraucht und er war binnen Minuten zur Stelle. Wer Ruhe in einer wunderschönen Umgebung sucht ist hier richtig. Grillen direkt am Pool wartraumhaft. Die letzten Kilometer sind zwar etwas holprig aber wir haben es mit einem Dacia problemlos geschafft. Reisetipps: Einkaufen in Grosseto, vor Anreise ist sinnvoll denn in nächster Nähe ist kein Supermarkt.

Summary: Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt und schön angelegt. Der Eigentümer ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.Der Pool wird früh morgens gepflegt und war immer top. Besonders schön ist der Ausblick vom Haus.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Summary: Traumhafte Anlage, sehr gepflegt, sehr sauber, alles erdenkliche an Ausstattung vorhanden und vieles mehr! Hier kann man wunderbar die Aussicht genießen, traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge sehen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und pflegen jeden Morgen diskret die Anlage. Wie von Geisterhand ist der Pool jeden Morgen sauber. Der Weg zum Haus ist sehr abenteuerlich nichts für tiefer gelegte Sportwagen. Alles in einem wenn man Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist man hier genau richtig, dennoch ist man in 30 Minuten in Grosseto und in 15 Minuten in Scansano! Reisetipps: Obwohl das Haus sehr abgelegen ist, ist man in 15 Minuten in Scansano. Scansano ist zwar nicht groß aber sehr schön. Wir haben dort fantastisch gegessen (FIASCHETTERIA RURALE) mitten in der Stadt mit jazziger live Musik um die Ecke an einem Freitagabend. Auch am Ortseingang lohnt es sich eine Weinprobe zu machen.Ebenfalls unweit vom Haus gibt es ein Fischrestaurant Silvana dort muss man einen Tisch reservieren, hat aber fantastisches Essen zu sehr guten Preisen.Ristorante Franco E Silvana, Via Scansanese, 9, 58014 Località Bivio Montorgiali, Scansano GR, ItalyDer Markt in Grosseto donnerstags ist empfehlenswert. Wenn man zum Strand möchte empfiehlt sich Richtung Taler Monezu fahren. Bleibt uns nur allen einen wunderschönen Urlaub dort zu wünschen!
