Positive: Excellent experience overall! Room was neat. Pool was amazing. Breakfast was healthy and offered many options for everyone in the family. On site restaurants were convenient for evenings where we were not feeling like going out. Kids club program is well planned. Staff is friendly and professional. Our kids loved the activities with other kids from around the world

Positive: Fancy hotel, beautiful architecture, cozy room, very friendly staff, nice location in walking distance of many bars and restaurants, and the university campus.

Negative: Unfortunately, the room window and the door are not soundproof, so you can hear humming and AC noise from the outside as well as the noise from the (spacious) hall. So you might wanna bring earplugs.

Positive: The staff were very friendly and attentive, making us feel very welcome. The facilities were good, with very well-maintained rooms. A highlight was the complimentary shuttle service to the Feria, which was super convenient.
