Summary: It was a late arrival As train arrived from Paris at that hour and we literally dele around the block our rental car to check in to hotel it was 11:30 PM. Receptionists were changing a shift and an amazing girl was helping the customers ahead us explaining everything and we ended up with the rudest customer service person and he was loud and irritable When I asked about the charges he said because you booked with hotels.com you don’t get any children discounts or hotel tax benefit which was not true and he kept raising his voice at me so that people in the line can hear what he was saying although I never asked him to raise his voice at me. I basically accepted all of the charges and moved on. When I recounted this story receptionist next morning this time another person politely said when you book on websites like hotels.com the price you get is what you were quoted and we can’t do anything about it. Moving on hotels.com said it was free parking it was not it was sort of expensive as expected We ordered dinner and it was amazing room Service. Very good healthy and flavorful food delivered quickly slept ok ate breakfast buffet it was blah and omelette station person was terse when asked not to add salt and she added anyway and we checked out to continue our voyage. I probably won’t stay again any barcelo hotels anytime Soon I thank you

Summary: First time in my life the room is not ready (when supposed to). Not enought staff to clean the rooms. And the water in the shower not enought hot. Enought on the bad points. ++ The hotel is the nearest you could be of the metro and train station. The room was great, nice view and really looks like the picture. Frienldy staff.
