Summary: Family of 3 (Travelling with 5 year old) We upgraded to a junior suite which was perfect space for our family - the rooms were very clean and it had everything we needed. Bath tubs, extra amenities when we needed it, large beds, balconies. The food was great, we tried the hotel restaurant for dinner time and as my child is fussy they were able to accommodate simple meals. Breakfast: selection of quality food! Everything you need - staff are super friendly and kind too. Pool area! Exceptional and the poolside service is great too! Location is great too - however we did have a car so we travelled aprox 15-20 mins to all the sites etc. The only thing missing here is a spa! I would 100% stay here again and plan to do so this September when we visit again! Great stay altogether!!! Thank you

Summary: This property is amazing overall. Rooms are spacious but desk and chairs are placed awkwardly so you can’t pass by anyone unless you move the chair if you sit down. Decaf coffee is available but you have to ask . And staff is not around so you have to wait a little and then they bring a small espresso. So be sure you ask for decaf Americano. Pool is great but closes too early at 8 pm. So when you go out to sightsee or dinner not much time for an evening swim in the scouring heat . Overall everyone was very helpful and the property is ver close to the city as they have a shuttle that drops you off centrally for 7,50 Euros

Summary: The hotel is very new and so everything is beautiful. The staff were all very pleasant. We were in room 735. The room was very clean, well thought out with a lovely king size bed. The parking is very useful as we had a hire car and knowing it was safe over night is important. The only thing that we were not at all happy about were the chips we ordered in the bar on floor zero, we should have sent them back immediately as they were full of oil and soggy, and we both had great difficulty in digesting them…our bad.

Summary: Understandably the Pool was closed however from afar it was obvious that it had not been maintained. Disappointed when the fire alarm went off several times between 4:15am to 5:30am approximately - turned out to be false alarm. Didn’t receive much of an explanation, apologies, or any electronic communication.
