Positive: Lovely room with a big comfortable bed. Modern spacious hotel.

Negative: Unfortunately the outdoor pool and sunbed area weren't open which was a real shame. The location is pretty far out of town so be prepared to either have a reasonable walk though residential areas or drive.

Positive: I stayed at the hotel, and the room was really beautiful. The food was amazing as well.

Negative: The area was wonderful too, full of history and surrounded by stunning geography, with fairy chimneys, ancient churches, and historic houses.

Positive: Clean spacious hotel nicely decorated, you need to have a car to get to the main attractions. Food at restaurant was very good.

Negative: Spa was normal. Indoor pool has cold water, cannot stay long in it. Sauna and steam room very small. Jacuzzi was not working. Above all staff unfriendly. Also generally staff at hotel (spa, restaurant, reception) lacking basic English and being unfriendly, as if you force them to serve you. Barceló international management needs to pay more attention for training them. Tourists are coming long distances to get the Barcelo quality not to get this unfriendly kind of service.
