Summary: They were very accommodating for all my needs

Summary: What looked to be blood stain on comforter. Wallpaper sections being held together with scotch tape. Cracks all over bathroom floor. Old wet coffee pack left in coffee maker from previous occupant, no idea how long that’s been in there.
