Positive: The in room hot spring was a big hit. The swimming pool and hot spring area is lovely. . The dress up and photoshoot was fun for my daughter. Pic quality was awesome. The photographer was very good with my daughter. The hotel in general is very beautiful. The location is isolated from most things, so best to have everything you'll need with you. Staff were very thoughtful and the butler WeChat service was brilliant.

Negative: The sauna/steam room were a bit of a let down. Maybe because it's not peak season. The pet paradise was not as great as we expected, but it was nice to see the animals

Positive: This place is absolutely stunning!! Forget Japan come to China. The exchange rate is 5 to 1 for starters. China is clean, safe and this area is beautiful. We have our own hot spring pool on the large balcony with 9 other little pools, peppermint, green tea, red wine etc downstairs overlooking the valley, plus additional large pools. Fabulous food as well

Positive: The hotel was as beautiful as it can get and the environment was perfect. The room itself was amazing and clean. The staff was really helpful and the food was very very good. Special mention to the spa, all treatments we got there where the best I've ever got.

Negative: Apparently we went on off season, which is nice so it wasn't crowded and cheaper, but there were many things not available such as the bar or some of the restaurants.

Negative: Air conditioning in room wasn't great, always 27 degrees, made room stuffy and humid. Construction on balcony above in the morning making lots of noise and dropping materials onto my room balcony.
