Positive: Absolutely beautiful cottage in a dreamy location. We were a family of 8 gathered to celebrate my son’s 21st birthday and it was perfect for our requirements. Lots of space, lots of showers, no queuing for the bathroom. Beautifully decorated and immaculately presented. The owners have gone above and beyond to make it a home from home and the love and care they have obviously put into restoring this cottage shines through. Lovely little courtyard to sit out and it’s a proper sun trap. Location is in a beautiful village with ample parking, a village shop and 3 or 4 local pubs. We ate at the Red Lion and it was great. We would definitely stay again and hope to do so next year.

Negative: We did have an issue with running out of hot water as there were 8 of us all needing showers but I have spoken to the owner and it’s now been rectified, only other small thing was no mirrors in the bedrooms which was tricky with 5 women getting ready to go out. Yes bathroom mirrors but you can’t plug hairdryers etc in. Oh and a blind in the basement bedroom would be handy.

Positive: The house was absolutely beautiful. Pictures don't do it justice. Two families with babies and children and we all had our own space. Location was ideal for visiting the different points of interests and next door is the nicest little coffee shop.

Positive: Spotless rooms, comfortable beds. Our whole group loved their stay and my teenage nephew enjoyed the privacy of the annex room. A little warm for me on arrival but we sorted that out.
