Positive: Great staff. Good breakfast!

Negative: The organization of the breakfast food was a bit off. example: the toaster was at the beginning of the line, but the bagels and bread were one of the last items to grab. Causing congestion in the line.

Summary: Great stay! The kids and adults had a blast :-)

Positive: the rooms were amazing it was very relaxing

Negative: the kids in the hallway makeing a rucus and shooting nerf guns in the hallway, and the loud music in the neighboring room at 11pm, and haveing to call the front desk, to put a stop to it so we could sleep. it took the front desk 4 times, and had to threaten to call the cops to get them to stop.

Summary: other than the rucus the stay was quite enjoyable

Positive: The location and feel of the place was amazing! The lobby is so welcoming allowing for a great space to play cards, eat some food, and hangout with friend! The pool and the hot tub were also very nice and perfect for our friends to enjoy!

Negative: The breakfast was not the best. When we think of free included breakfast, we thought maybe some eggs or bacon but the only things they really had was bagels, donuts, and a waffle maker. There wasn't much selection for hot foot and protein. Also during out stay the hot tub was down for maintenance but was able to be fixed within just 6 hours!

Summary: I would recommend 100%! Super friendly and the common areas are amazing and welcoming.

Positive: Room size (Family Room) was perfect for out needs. Beautifully decorated and clean.

Negative: I got bite by a dog on 1st visit upon check in. This was out 2nd time here and check in staff (lady) seemed quite stressed. Went to park cars and unload and door code to get in would not work. It was FREEZING and we had an 8 mo old baby in our party. Some other guest let us in then got to room and code would not work. We were in room 247 so had to go all the way down for different code. This may have been because we were a half hour early. Other guest were upset that there room was not ready by 3, had to wait until 4. Poor desk lady was stressed. Continental breakfast staff was awful. Could hear yelling at each other and very unapproachable. I know this is a new growing company so there will be kinks. Extra pillows and blankets were all out.

Summary: Could have been better…:( but will try again
