Positive: Overall the facilities were good. The pool was great. Bed was comfortable with 2 additional pillows. All general items needed were provided.

Negative: We had some issues with check where, the lock box we opened with the code provided, did not have an access card for our room. But we txt the manager, and he advised to access a different appt number lock box. He gave us a new code to use. This did not work, so contact him again and he gave us another code to use...which worked. As with most accom in Malaysia light and other switches are positioned together, so it was a bit of a problem having to work this out. Following instructions, we always turned off air con and fans switches which made it a little warm during the night, so we ended up usng fan a bit more.

Positive: Nicely appointed, homely apartment. The books and artworks are a nice touch. Perfectly suited to a few days stopping through if you don't need to be in the centre of a shopping district etc. Kitchen is well equipped too.

Negative: No downsides from my perspective. Some might prefer to be closer to cafe's, shops, etc but it wasn't an issue for me.
