Positive: The location was perfect and the owner's hospitality and willingness to help exceeded our expectations. Communication before our arrival and during our stay was smooth (with the translation device).

Negative: A bigger bed would fit in the room size-wise, so this can be considered by the owner for any future upgrades of the hotel.

Positive: Good location near the bus stop, shops and restaurants. Good size rooms. Friendly owners. Quiet so I slept well.

Negative: Sometimes there was quite a wait for the hot water to come through.

Positive: The owners of this property went above and beyond. They gave us a warm welcome and helped us plan our hikes in the National Park. I really liked that we had the option for an affordable (and delicious) breakfast and dinner. We felt safe, well looked after, and at home here.

Negative: Honestly, the property itself was a little run-down and quiet (but well maintained and clean!). We were the only people staying in the property across the road (we think) and it was a little bit eerie! However, we visited in the low season, and the friendliness and professionalism of the owners more than made up for this.

Summary: Highly reccomended for a pleasant and welcoming stay in Seoraksan National Park.
