Positive: Jan 31 - Feb 03 2026 Room 2 GOOD MODERN, VERY SPACIOUS, GOOD LIGHTING, LOTS OF POWER SOCKETS FAN IN BATHROOM, REAR DOOR AND SMALL PATIO WITH DRYING RACK LIGHTS SWITCHED FROM BED 2 CHAIRS AND VERY SMALL TABLE GOOD BED, COMFORTER AND PILLOWS CLEAN. WATER AND T.P. EVERY DAY AC WORKS VERY WELL. TEMP. IN ROOM VERY STABLE LITTLE NOISE FROM STREET, QUIET OVERNIGHT VERY GOOD PARKING LOT WIFI WORKS WELL. CONVENIENT LOCATION, WE WALKED TO MOST PLACES OF INTEREST. 7-11 VERY CLOSE

Positive: This place has a motel style with new, spacious rooms, all on the ground floor. Enough parking space and close to the city center. The owners are very nice and we’re helpful. It’s great for one night when you are travelling through.

Negative: The house next door is a restaurant and its kitchen opened to our room. Since the rooms have a “balcony” in the back, we had a door towards the kitchen through which the sounds were coming through. It was a bit annoying since it was kinda unnecessary since without the door we probably would have had a quiet night. I needed to use earplugs.

Positive: Very nice and friendly staff, the room was squeaky clean and perfect for a 2 night stays. It’s minutes from the bus terminal and the lake - easy walking distance from anywhere really. A great pick for Phayao

Positive: Ye was a great host, even allowing me to check in a few hours early since the room was ready and my bus arrived. Beds are comfortable and the staff meticulously clean everything daily (if you wish). There's a private, enclosed area in the back of the room through another door for smokers or if you just want to use the clothes drying rack or get some fresh air. Less than 5 minute walk to the bus station and about 12 minutes to the amazing lake. Wifi and air conditioning worked well. Recommend!

Positive: Super clean and spacious room and bathroom. Nice private back patio to chill. Comfortable bed and pillows. Had all the little touches and eye to details, from space to hang your stuff, to water and toilet paper delivered to your door every morning, in-room fridge, external facilities to make coffee throughout the day. Plenty of parking space. Extremely nice and helpful hosts.
