Positive: The location by the river makes for an idyllic spot to relax before and after a day of exploring Kampot.

Negative: The bungalows are falling apart a bit and the beds weren’t super comfy. While the location by the river is great, it is also a little far from the centre which is a bit of a pain if you want to pop out for a coffee in the morning or dinner in the evening (especially during rainy season). Also the restaurant food is pretty average so don’t count on eating there! I also didn’t love the attitude of the staff who weren’t very helpful with answering questions etc.

Positive: From the moment we arrived, the staff were super caring. Told us to let them know if we needed anything or if any problems with the room. The bungalows on the water are cute and comfy, a truly relaxing getaway! And when we caught a big fish, the staff dropped everything to make sure the fish was netted, even jumping walls! 🤭 We will for sure be back with the rest of the family and extra fishing rods! Food being delicious was an added bonus!

Negative: Having to go home! 😅

Positive: The property was nice but very basic and quite small. The location was a little outside of the town but located in a lovely setting on the river. It was great value for money and staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I would recommend this place
