Summary: Room seemed clean. No air-conditioning. Staff were friendly. Evening meal was overcooked. Breakfast was very disorganised. Hotel location very good. Parking is limited near hotel.

Summary: Cheap two star hotel. Don’t expect any frills because there aren’t any but it is warm, very convenient and clean. Our room- 1 had been recently decorated very pleasantly. Room was small but fine for one night.

Summary: We loved the Balzac Hotel! The location is in the center of the Old Town, the staff were extremely helpful, the breakfast was lovely, and the room was clean and comfortable.

Summary: I was 3 hours early , and check in was at 4 which I was very aware of. But what I didn't know that the hotel is closed til then. It was cold and raining, waited outside for an hour til I decide to call them. Not to check in but just to sit in their lobby. The lady/owner gave me an attitude saying check in at 4, I told her I can wait in the lobby as all I need is just to be indoors and warm. They really should state their closing hours. I could have gone elsewhere where it's open 24/7.
