Positive: The owner team give exceptional help to their customers, take extra steps to accommodate our request. For example, we need to catch the bus at 0800 going to Alishan, but need to catch bus to be there at 0800, the owner team offered to drive us to the main bus to be on time to catch the 0800 bus. This is a great help to us.

Negative: There is nothing bad about this place. We will definitely go back to this place.

Summary: We had a great stay at Baluo Baluo, enjoyed the room, the breakfast, appreciated the team of staff.

Positive: We loved everything about this stay. A little out of town away from the crowds, this wonderful little hideaway was set amongst the trees and gave us the peace away from a city that we craved. Enjoy the walk, and embrace the overwhelming kindness of the lovely couple who host these rooms. A cross between a caravan and an Anderson shelter, the room was perfect. Snug, cosy, comfortable, fabulous shower. Breakfast was superb and catered wonderfully for our western tastes. We outdoor table and chairs and each morning out host would wipe off the damp dew. Adored this place and wish we could have stayed a little longer.

Positive: Super nice staffel, very welcoming and always tried their best. They even drove uns to the other side of the lake to be on time for an early morning bus. Thank you so much 🩷. Each house has its own little outside area with table and chairs. It is not in the main city center (5 min. Walk) and therefore really quiet and within nature. Fan and air-conditioning helped when it was really hot during the night.

Positive: - a bit more pricey than we would usually get, but was definitely worth it - Lovely and welcoming hosts, always available to help us, family environment surrounded by nature and animals. They have two cute dogs and you can even cuddle them - They provide a good breakfast with great coffee. On arrival you arrange breakfast time with the host - We arrived by car, but the host can pick you up on the bus station. - Parking places right next to the accommodations

Negative: At first we had problems finding the exact location, because address in booking seems wrong and the information provided by the host via message was precise in Chinese, but not the English translation. We recommend to copy the Chinese address to google maps instead of translating it.

Positive: Simple breakfast was good. The boss was happy to drive us to Yidashao for food and shopping and pick us up later for the drive back. This was really good cos we were tired from the walking and cycling. Can feed fish and chickens. The dogs are very friendly.

Negative: Shower temperature was hard to control, goes from very hot to cold with just slight adjustments. The water doesn't stay at the temperature that you want.

Positive: Great bungalow, fully equipped, in the middle of the forest, though very close to the town & night market and the beautiful pier. We could also park our car right in front of the houses. The breakfast the host made for us in the morning was a very nice plus. The host was super friendly and we loved his cute dog.
