Summary: The reception was congested. Only one person at work. The door card did not work and I returned to the reception. The thing was fixed. The car park was good and affordable ... € 8 per day. The mattress on the bed was a little too hard for us. Extremely good breakfast buffet.

Summary: Overall fantastic experience. Just a bit disappointed that a Spa Voucher was included in the price but there was no clarity about this voucher. I phoned upon twice to find out what's included and was informed sauna was included, only to find out at the hotel that everything was an extra. Only the use of the pools was allowed. The restaurants were really limited almost on take it or leave it basis. Very limited on vegetarian food for my partner.
