Positive: Convenient location in terms of Middleton Beach and local cafe. Easy to get to Albany Centre, but requires a car.

Negative: It was pretty expensive for 3 nights. Would be good to know in advance that there are no supermarkets nearby.

Summary: Very comfortably, tastefully decorated townhouse. Very close to the beach and a good cafe.

Positive: The town house was very spacious and comfortable . The kitchen was well equipped and having a washing machine and dryer was great. The location at Middleton Beach was perfect. Just a short walk to the beach, cafe and the best fish and chip shop ever was directly across the road. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. We would definitely recommend this place.

Positive: We loved the location it was so central to the beach, parks, and cafes. The house was cute, clean, and tidy, and we would absolutely love to come back again.

Negative: We really enjoyed our stay overall, however one downside was the sliding door only had a latch and no key lock. This was quite concerning for us as our autistic daughter tends to wander. We had to place a chair in front of the door to stop her from realising it could be opened. For families with young children or additional needs, a proper lock would make a big difference to safety and peace of mind.

Positive: Modern, tastefully, and thoughtfully furnished and equipped with quality furnishings and appliances. The supply of a selection tea, coffee, condiments, etc was a nice touch and makes for a very welcome feel, particularly for a longer stay. Access to the beach, boardwalk, local cafes etc was great.

Positive: A very pleasant unit close to Middleton Beach and across the road from good dining venues. The unit was immaculately clean and provides all amenities you could wish for to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Negative: The unit is two story and may not be suitable for those who have trouble with stairs. It would have been lovely to have the fire place working for the ambients. Good alternative heating is provided.

Summary: A lovely property situated right near the beach. All you could wish for for a fantastic holiday stay.
