Summary: The staff were amazing, every single person we interacted with. The hotel was lovely, although the room was a little dated. We also found 2 x head hairs on the bedsheet. Pillows quite hard / lumpy. The spa was really nice and the staff there were great. The pools, both inside and out were NOT heated despite the website / booking saying they would be and the staff at check in advised us. Overall a lovely stay but a few little things would have meant a 5 star review rather than the 4 star I am giving it.

Summary: A lovely hotel in the beautiful New Forest. Dog friendly and seemed very popular. Decorated nicely and some modern fabric choices on furnishings. Relaxed completely in the pool and sauna and felt invigorated by the hot tub. Would stay again if I could afford it, but it is a little pricey for my budget.

Summary: Lovely friendly hotel in lovely surroundings. Great restuarant on site too. Room quite small but views brilliant. Shower not that powerful but functional. Would have been nice to have body lotion in the bathroom too.

Summary: We arrived in a heatwave and were given a room I didn’t feel comfortable in. The receptionist worked hard and found us a much bigger room with more windows to open. She also suppled us with an extra large fan which kept us cool at night. All the staff were extremely, friendly and efficient.
