Positive: Restaurants in the hotel. We did not have to go out of the hotel for dinner.

Negative: Having a microwave in the room. I love to make hot tea or eat food that needs to be heated up in the microwave.

Positive: The entire staff was on point every day --- Tammy and Jamie along with the front desk crew were always welcoming and very attentive to my needs, as well as other guests. I was impressed with the front desk crew.... Remembering everyone's name !!!! It's nice to be welcomed and be called by your name

Positive: My original booking was for me and my spouse in a room with 2 double beds. She took ill before the trip so it was just me who stayed at the hotel and the front desk clerk was gracious enough to switch me to a room with one bed. Front desk was very accommodating, professional, and courteous. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Negative: The shower head flow could not be adjusted and the stream was needle sharp and actually painful. Suggest they be replaced with newer flow adjustable shower heads.
