Summary: I rented this Vrbo for a short trip with my son and a few of his friends and their parents. We chose this location because our kids wanted to use the hot tub that was on the roof. Our check in time was 3pm but the house wasn’t readyWe arrived at 3:10pm. We went straight to the rooftop hot tub because the kids were only going to have time all together in it the Friday we checked in. Immediately we notice an issue. There was water spilling everywhere. We removed the lid and freezing water started dumping everywhere. We then noticed the water hose had been left on in the hot tub and was spraying everywhere. I shut it offI sent several messages to the owner telling him the hot tub was 58 degrees. He did respond once telling me “it doesn’t heat up in 2 hours” at that point it had been 5 hoursIt never heated up and our kids did not get to use the hot tubHe never responded to any other messages.

Summary: We enjoyed ourselves. The stairs in the home are a little much and the listing don’t say anything about them. The king bed down stairs was not holding very well. Other than that the house is very nice. Thank you
