Positive: The view, the space, the pool. Breakfest was also good
Negative: I can’t find anything major, just maybe that after 4 days, if you eat in their restaurant 1/2x per day, it starts to be a bit repetitive. And there is not many (almost none) deliveries on grab nearby.
Summary: Stunning volcano view, spacious villa and great pools

Positive: We stayed is Bali Droom Villa second time. The hotel is an exceptional experience for anyone who stays there, as they are well looked after 24/7. The people who work there, their service, location, tidiness, food, massages, are second to none!!!
Negative: With the rain season some pavings get slippery, and my father-in-law had a fall when was getting out of a taxi one rainy day. To be fair, with every rain all the pavings are vigorously getting brushed and washed with a high pressure machines by plenty of employees at the hotel, so you can’t look after the pavings any better. It’s just a bad luck, I guess.
Summary: Everything was exceptional!

Positive: The service provide was outstanding at all levels, from breakfast to dinner, including every little request we had. Absolutely wonderful staff
Negative: Of course our fault, but we didn't realize the big distance to the airport. Close to 3 hours drive after/before a long flight. Just the only downside

Positive: The villa was exceptional way beyond our expectations. The staff were very helpful and the adjoining restaurants food and service was very special. The views to Mt Agung were magnificent whilst we were there.
Negative: The only thing we didn't like would be the location to probably four mosques in the area. I have no issues with any religion but the magnified continual prayers whilst on holidays was an issue for me especially early mornings.

Positive: The breakfasts are exquisite - like works of art and a burst of flavours - just amazing. Views of Mount Agung are out of this world on a clear day. Lunch being brought to our villa each day was an ultimate luxury. The resort is stunning and beautifully kept. Staff are super friendly and attentive.
Negative: Absolutely nothing.
Summary: An amazing three days, felt thoroughly spoiled and wholly rested and relaxed. Will 100% come again!
