Positive: Sauna and gym were nice👌

Negative: Apartment was a bit dirty and wifi didn’t work. We were there for month and repeatedly asked about the wifi. They said they will fix it but they didn’t.

Summary: Good location, but pick a different apartment.

Positive: The apartment is clean, modern and comfortable with everything you could need. We particularly loved the terrace overlooking the pool and well-kept gardens. The complex is beautiful and peaceful including a gorgeous pool, jacuzzi and gym. There was also lots of parking nearby and the lift was an added bonus. We enjoyed a lovely, relaxing break and have already rebooked for next year.

Positive: The facilities of the complex is really good – it has a pool, sauna, jacuzzi and gym. You can really relax there, sunbathe or go swimming. It is in relatively good location (there are quite a few restaurants nearby), however the sea is quite far away, especially if it's hot outside and the nearest beach is with stones and not sand.

Negative: Before our arrival we and the administrator discussed the possibility of letting us in the apartment early. We agreed that if it is not possible, it's ok. We just needed to text her 30 minutes before arriving to the location to know when is it really possible to check in. We texted her at 10:30 am. We did not receive any text message back, so we called at 14:45 pm. She acted like she didn't receive any message and I had to convince her that I indeed texted her. She told us that she will arrive in 30 minutes, but she arrived in at least 45. When we finally got to our apartment, she told us that she cannot let us in the house as the host has given it to his own family. We landed at 9 am, so we were really tired and looking forward to rest a little bit. But instead we got stress and disappointment. Then she told us that she will give us another apartment, but we have to wait for the keys for 10 minutes and then ANOTHER 2 hours until it gets cleaned. It's no surprise that in reality we had to wait not 10, but 30 minutes for the keys to only leave our stuff in the apartment and wait for another 2 hours to finally be able to come into the house. Instead of 3 pm, we were able to get in at 5:30 pm. The next day we had to MOVE again to our original apartment. Also, she said that the temporary apartment is the same, but it wasn't – one of the showers wasn't working, it had holes in the wall, etc. The lady didn't seem to be bothered with all this situation or apologetic. However, she offered us some kind of refund, but we didn't receive one. In our second apartment everything was working, however it is not worth the price. The beds are uncomfortable, it looks like you are sleeping on soft wood and they are not stable. Beds are moving as you roll in your sleep, my mom always fall from it. So she had to sleep on the sofa. They left only two rolls of toilet paper and one garbage bag for one week, so we had to buy it ourselves.
