Positive: Excellent customer service. The staff were very nice and very helpful. The customer service is actually better than some of the bigger hotels.

Positive: The room was beautiful, and perfect for our family of 4. The spa tub is absolutely incredible and the view is serene! The restaurant and lounge attached serve great food and drinks and the staff is so kind!

Negative: Only suggested recommendation is to improve the “breakfast included” we were served the same meal for breakfast during our stay. I’d say try to mix it up a bit, and perhaps add more food as well. For the price of the hotel, I think it’s more than fair to make some slight improvements here.

Summary: A must stay!
