Summary: My family and I had a great time at Barry & Hannah’s place. They had everything you might need and even some thing you might have forgotten. Plenty of room. Very quiet. Communication was excellent. We will definitely look to stay again when we are in the area.

Summary: Our stay at the Baldwin House was perfect for our trip to Vermont to visit family in Rutland. We thoroughly enjoyed this charming home. The kitchen, dining area and family room were very spacious, along with a beautiful living room area. The children (3, 7, 8, 9) enjoyed the large beautiful yard and the river that ran behind the house. Barry and Hannah had fresh eggs, maple syrup, orange juice, and cream in the fridge upon our arrival. They also had all the basic kitchen, laundry and toiletry supplies you need. Don’t hesitate to rent this house and enjoy a stay in Vermont! Thank you Barry & Hannah for a wonderful time at the Baldwin House. Hope we get a chance to stay again. Mimie, Paul and family

Summary: The house was clean and convenient to Okemo. Loved the large backyard - only got to use it once due to the weather (warm and rainy a few days and freezing the other days). The only drawback was the noise of the cars passing by at night which was quite loud if you are sleeping in the master bedroom (closest to the road). Sleeping with ear plugs definitely helped. We had a great time skiing and relaxing at the house. Barry and Hannah were helpful and responsive. ;-)

Summary: The property was exactly as advertised. There were all sorts of pleasant surprises as well - a carton of eggs, syrup, OJ and cream waiting for us in the fridge. Nice little touches that made the trip even nicer. We especially loved having two “living rooms”, so the kids could hang in one and the adults in the other. Perfect location to the slopes as well. Highly recommend!

Summary: The house was warm, spacious, and had all of the amenities you would have in your own home and, it felt like home. The house was spotless when we arrived, with an ample supply of linens, along with many other household items. Seeing a dozen eggs, Fresh OJ, and VT maple syrup awaiting in the the fridge was very thoughtful of the owners. The bedrooms were spacious and each had it's own huge closet. Location was also great for our purposes of skiing sections of the Catamount trail, and it's only a 15 minute drive to Rutland. Overall, I would give this property a 5+ star rating.

Summary: I stayed here with a family of six, and we had plenty of space, and all the amenities we might need. Plus, the hosts left us with eggs, orange juice, pancake mix and syrup. Such a nice touch! The house is convenient for skiing at Killington and Stratton. My one issue was that there is some road noise on one side of the house, but there are plenty of bedrooms away from the road, and the house does have the benefit of immediate access to a main road. We would come again!
