Summary: Séjour agréable dans une maison pratique pour 4 personnes. Les vues sur mer sont belles. Le jardin permet des déjeuners ombragés à tout moment de la journée. Nous connaissions la maison car louée en 2013...mais déception côté mobilier de jardin vétuste, sale et parfois détérioré alors que les journées s'articulent autour de la piscine. Idem pour l'intérieur avec canapé sale, coussins et rideaux tachés... Signalement aussi d'une fuite sur robinet de cuisine jamais réparée durant notre séjour.

Summary: Balcon al Mar ist eine bevorzugte und sehr empfehlenswerte Wohnlage in Javea. Das Haus ist hell, freundlich und praktisch eingerichtet, alles Ist da.Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und können alle nur ermuntern, dort erholsame Ferien zu verbringen.

Summary: The villa and the location are perfect, a wonderfull pool and a very nice garden. The parking for 1 or 2 cars is perfect. Our points of comment, the quality off the mattresses, 1 bed is to soft and the other one you can feel each spring in it! Also the garden furniture is poor. But, the overall situation is GOOD! We would surely come back to this villa!

Summary: We had a lot of fun there, everything was clean and neat. Paradise-like atmosphere. Really nothing to complain about. The owner is a really kind person helped as much as he can. 5 Stars!
