Summary: My experience was handled extremely well. The location is superb and the staff were very helpful.

Summary: Nice and clean little apartment with sea view. Basic, but ok furniture. Super nice location in the lovely district of Balat. Loads of cafés and restaurants around the hotel. 3 minutes to walk to the Balat harbour, and then a 20 minutes ferry ride to get to the middle of Istanbul (Karaköy). Great to start the day with a boat ride! Only thing we missed was a visit in the room to change towels and remove garbage now an then. Balat is a super charming neighbourhood, like a village in the metropol, and Balat residence is a great pleace to stay when visiting Balat and Istanbul.

Summary: Very nice residence, nice area also, Balat is like a village in the middle of the city, near the sea (that I could see from the window of my room.) I am very happy of that choise.
