Positive: The location was nice, nearby Robinsons and Palo. It was the perfect location for us. The house was also nice

Negative: The house was not cleaned properly upon our arrival. The bathroom and toilet looked dirty, and the towels we received were still slightly wet. We were also disappointed with how the staff treated us, as they were not very welcoming or accommodating. Another issue we experienced was the electricity constantly turning off because the Airbnb house was connected to another house. It made us very uncomfortable that the staff kept knocking and switching the electricity on and off so the other house could have power. What bothered us the most was that the staff entered the house without informing us. They could have simply sent us a message asking if they could come inside because we accidentally left the air conditioner on while we were out having dinner. The same thing happened again the next day while we were out with my family. When we returned, the lights were already turned on even though we had turned everything off before leaving in the morning. We found this very disrespectful. As guests, we expect to feel comfortable, respected, and to have our privacy valued, especially since that is what we paid for.

Positive: The property was excellent—clean, comfortable, and a great place to stay overall. It was well-equipped with everything we needed, including bath towels and other essentials. They even allowed us an early check-in, which we really appreciated.

Negative: The only challange was that it was a bit hard to find, as there was no gate number visible. I would suggest adding clearer directions from the main road or signage on the gate. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant experience!
