Summary: Absolutely charming home and hosts! Mary Ellen prepared an amazing breakfast (complete with Pumpkin Spice Bread), while Bruce gave us some very interesting background stories about the house and the community. We highly recommend staying here if you ever get the chance!

Summary: We could only stay one night but it was wonderful, clean and a really good breakfast. The owners are very nice and we had some good conversations. They are selling the place because they are getting older so if you ever wanted to own a B&B this is your chance

Summary: We were lucky enough to find availability in this amazing B&B when making last-minute getaway plans. We visited the pretty town of Eufala; this B&B is located in the beautiful historic district, and is on the walking tour. It is close to everything, from downtown shops, restaurants, and amenities (walking), to all lake activities (short drive ). Our hosts, Mary Ellen and Bruce, could not have been more welcoming and helpful. All our needs were met, and they provided a wealth of information about the area. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed, as well as extras such as ice water and chocolate. The front porch and back yard were both comfortable and welcoming for a little break. Coffee, tea, and cookies were available at all times. We joined them for a glass of wine the evening of our arrival, and visited like old friends. Breakfast in the morning was beautifully presented and delicious! They are both excellent cooks. We highly recommend visiting Eufala, and staying in this lovely home. We are looking forward to going back!

Summary: We love Eufaula. Especially the old beautiful homes. We have traveled through for years headed to the beach but only admired the homes from our car. It was so nice to see this one up close and be able to spend the night in it. Mr. Bruce was so welcoming and accommodating but also did not hover, which is good for us because we like our space and privacy. We missed meeting Ms. Mary Ellen since she was out of town for a funeral but Mr. Bruce took care of everything we needed! His breakfast and service was A . A lot of extra little touches that you miss when staying at a hotel. Wine on the porch, chats about the area, felt like we were at home. This was my first time staying in a B&B and I was not disappointed. The temperature in our room was not as cool as we generally like but the fan that was provided really helped with that. And the temperature was not uncomfortable. We just like it frigid, (and we were sunburned) which may have been too cold for the other guest, who was also lovely. We enjoyed meeting and conversing with her very much too. Don’t miss your chance to stay here if you get the opportunity as it is for sale! Hopefully it will stay a B&B because I am definitely recommending it to all of our family and friends. 😊

Summary: It was a very cute B&B and Bruce was great and made a really yummy breakfast. We enjoyed our stay. The only comment was that the bathroom could have been cleaner.
