Positive: Location was really convenient if no car, great staff, comfortable beds, spacious rooms.

Negative: Water pressure lacked, no handheld shower head, very noisy guests, gap under the door, old furniture, sparse room felt unwelcoming

Positive: The location was amazing, we were able to walk to almost everything. Secured free parking, staff was very friendly, the room was clean.

Negative: The bed was really firm. I like a firm bed but this one was way too firm for me.

Positive: The location is good for is only a short walk to beach with vendors and live music.

Negative: I didn't like the noise. The place was very loud. The walls are very thin and you could hear everything from the other rooms. We could hear people snoring in the room to our left, and the TV on the room to the right. People were coming at like 2 in the morning talking very loud and walking to and from in the hallway. In the morning, you can hear all the cars in the street. There were children running up and down the hallway, people talking everywhere. The maintenance staff were screaming to each other from one side of the hallway to another. We can hear them loudly knocking on the doors for service. They started cleaning the room next to us and we can hear loud dragging of furniture, loud machines that were being drag and have a loud motor of some sort. Basically, we didn't sleep from like 6:30 am because of the loud noises. In terms of noise, one of the worst hotels I have stayed due to the price and overall rating.

Positive: The property is updated and very clean, nice place to stay with entire family. Pool area is clean and spacious, also heated for winter use. Romms are a little small but worth it, clean and very secure. Private parking security on duty round the clock. House Keeping do their job well everyday would come back here again and highly reccommend this place to others.

Negative: Breakfast not included. But there are plenty of places outside. Small cozy restaurants.

Summary: Enjoyed this place hope to come back soon.

Positive: I like the private parking as well as how close the property was to different restaurants and locations.

Negative: The bed was kinda hard made our backs hurt wish the bed was softer. I usually sleep on a memory foam but this bed was just to hard.
