Positive: Amazing place all round (very special going there at this time of the year, as the lights and general look made it very special). The rooms are amazing …… great comfort, facilities and the spa is wonderful all round. The staff are great, and the restaurant is wonderful too.

Negative: I won’t complain for the sake of it……there was nothing you could say really. We missed out getting treatments at the spa, but that was down to us not booking early enough. So no complaints actually

Positive: Beautiful place Lovely staff Stunning room with real fire - def worth upgrading Nice that after checkout you can stay at the spa until 2pm We then walked along the beach Also it was decorated so nicely for Christmas

Negative: Not a thing I think offers should be for people returning like a loyalty scheme

Positive: It's a lovely hotel in an idyllic setting. The food was fantastic and the staff were very friendly. The spa treatments were very good; and it has two beautiful, heated pools. Easy access to the beach, to Arundel and there's a nice pub in walking distance.

Negative: We were disappointed to discover on our arrival that both the tennis courts and the games room were closed for refurbishment. The spa is in a lovely setting, but there was a shortage of beds around the pool for the number of people wanting to use the spa. The sauna and steam room are also very small.

Summary: Lovely hotel in Idyllic setting, great restaurant.
