Positive: Really friendly staff. The rooms were exceptional and clean. The trip into town was so easy, £2.60 for a single and it took 10 minutes to get into the city centre.

Negative: Little bit on the pricer side and the pillows were so high they hurt my neck to sleep but this is personal preference

Positive: Really good breakfast (I have lots of food allergies so this is important to me) really spacious and quiet room which was all really good quality Plenty of parking Excellent staff

Negative: A little lacking in atmosphere, hardly any pictures in the corridors m, a lonely sofa at the end of a corridor, plants and books needed
