Positive: Great pool and private beach! Very good breakfast with lots of choice and really lovely staff.

Negative: A bit further from town but it was a nice walk down the coast.

Positive: - Nice looking hotel, with romantic vibes and a lot of flowers - Excellent, probably the best housecleaning service we have ever seen - Very good choice for ambient music in the outside area - Enough chairs and places to sit on in the outside, however lack of them in the inside

Negative: - The worse thing is very dirty beach full of dead rotting seaweed. There have been literally piles of them, stinking and making the beach unusable for play with kids. However, there have been three beachboys, who have done whole day basically nothing apart of staying, watching and cashing you out if you wanted to sit on first row of chairs at the beach, which have been all empty for whole our stay, and I dont understand why they not been cleaning that weed out. All the public beaches in Trapani were much cleaner then private ones. Also the see is nice and clean, just the beach is problem. - The hotel target audience are couples, not families. There is basically nothing children can do there, no toys, sport equipment, child playroom, only one small very old playground, which is uncovered from sun so you be there just couple of mins and a small pool without any attraction. In addition to the dirty beach, I wouldnt recommend this hotel for families. - The food variety can be a negative, they have been changing foods, but still 95% was fish and see food, with only one meal per dinner from pork. No chicken, turkey, lamb or beef. Also no fruit salads, all fruit was in its raw form, no preparation or slicing. - Even with half-pension, we have to pay for water and drinks during dinner. In the hotel where is not drinkable tap water, I would expect at least water for free.

Summary: I personally dont think this hotel is worth of 4 stars, more like 3.

Positive: Good sized rooms and a spacious hotel , good pool and right on the beach

Negative: Not too impressed with the restaurant , staff whilst friendly seemed quite inexperienced and service was slow.

Summary: Good for a relaxing beach holiday or to chill by the pool, 10 minute drive into Trapani which had plenty of restaurants.

Positive: The staff was extremely kind and all seemed to get along like family. We had to book last minute due to a bad VRBO situation and they were able to accommodate our early check in request and our request to have our 2 rooms located near each other. They even had a nice fruit and cookie plate set out for us in each of our rooms. The pool and beach were wonderful! Both had plenty of space to accommodate all the guests. Beach and pool towels are only supplied upon paying a rental fee/deposit. The menu at the pool bar wasn't large but good variety of poke bowls, salad, fruit, pizza and various sandwiches. We didn't have the breakfast or lunch buffet so I'm not sure about them but the dinner buffet also had a good variety of traditional Sicilian and other items for 35 euros per person. This was a great place to spend our last few days in Italy.

Negative: We wish the breakfast buffet would have been served longer. The beds were made up the usual way for a warm Italian summer, two "top sheets" so they provided a blanket in the closet for additional warmth. The problem was that the blankets provided were very rough/scratchy. It would have been nice to have had the pool towels provided automatically in the room upon arrival.

Summary: Great resort for a family vacation!

Positive: Very friendly staff. The breakfast is very nice. We had a nice room with view on the sea. We mostly enjoyed the pool and the private beach.

Negative: maybe a waterboiler/cooker in the room.

Summary: great hotel to escape from the crowd and just relax and enjoy the beach!
