Positive: The unit was very well equipped, meticulously tidy, clean & comfortable. The location was perfect for our travel plans and the setting so peaceful. The very occasional train that passed nearby was a bonus attraction and wasn't nearly as noisy as you'd expect. A delicious & copious breakfast was supplied - the homemade granola was standout! Louise is a very pleasant hostess who seems to genuinely enjoy working in hospitality. Would definitely stay again.

Negative: Really couldn't fault it.

Summary: Very impressed with the cleanliness, comfort and welcome. Great breakfast and extremely well priced.

Positive: Host was very nice & welcoming. Breakfast was great, especially the home made granola & sour dough bread. Beds were very comfy. Spa was really nice (could've been a tad warmer). Good bbq. Nice outlook.

Negative: Having no handbasin in bathroom was a bit restrictive. Kitchen, was a bit tight and had the only hand basin. However, we made it work.

Summary: Although a couple of restrictions (handbasins/kitchen size), we made it work and have rebooked :-)

Negative: Dinner options nearby are non existent so just plan ahead. It is next to a railway so there is noise but it didn’t bother me much
