Positive: Pool, good gated community, safe, walkable - Stylish place was well appointed, clean w/ some maintenance issues I could relay (small, but I hope not overlooked for owner's sakes.) Good TV's, group games at large table or use great covered patio . Attention to detail & wow power w/ this beautiful home. We felt Vacasa's online processing/stay manager for the booking was not user friendly. At a couple of points when I was trying to contact them about a 1 hr later checkout, unit had no internet connectivity & codes/passwords required in order to get responses to ?s asked weeks before. If the internet connectivity not available in home, you have to go to phone apps..... yikes (time!), leading to infor which i couldn't get timely, and SO, round & round again... & it took a lot of into the weeds w/ net use. Not a great frustration for time at the beach, a downer on simple communication made hard. Eventual response but missed the mark, checkout still at 10:00 (not 11:00). All in all, adequate management of property. Relaying info about gate code, how to get in, and home's maintenance instructions- all good. we never were able to access garage. good thing the weather was better than forecast. Love being by a lovely pool, location close to town and not too far from beach via car, walk a bit long for some older guests.

Negative: The sinks had a bit of problem w/ drainage on first floor. A maid arrived early in the stay to offer more towels, but we didn't know we would need some. (we did, particularly small ones) We'll stay there again - it was a lovely place.

Summary: Stay was great, 4 guests, there was PLENTY room to spread out, enjoyed games & the appliances, deck

Positive: Location was amazing! Place was clean and comfortable and close to the pool.

Negative: The pet fee of $250 was outrageous for 1 senior dog, we couldn't afford that, we usually pay less than $100 for our dog. Also, they have no items to use to take to the beach or beach credits to get any so bring your own sadly.

Summary: Nice location and place, too bad they charge so much for pet fee, and no beach gear
