Summary: For being classified as a Resort place, this was more like a 2-3 star place, did not fit the price charged nor the classification; bathroom/showers very small/tight areas. Very noisy late at night with Music groups blaring their music late night and early morning hours without being told to respect other guests. Staff at Reception very blunt, not warm welcome. Maid service hard workers

Summary: Ac was not working Staff was EXTREMELY rude and gave little to no assistance, it was like pulling teeth to get information. No one wanted to help! False advertisement, pools were closed Park was closed We traveled from the U.S. for my sons wedding and it was so stressful, my father could not walk very well and there are no handicap amenities Food took an hour for a burger and 2 drinks
