Positive: Lots of space and nice outdoors area and furniture

Negative: It was dirty! Huge cobwebs in every room, stains on the inside of one of the quilts , so much so that I had to remove the quilt and sleep under just the sheet! There was a futon in the lounge with a very suspicious stain on it that we obviously didn’t use. Skirting boards filthy, surfaces full of dust and on arrival the stones/shingle outside the front door were soaking wet and the outside tap had been taped up and as soon as we entered the bungalow, it smelt damp and unpleasant. There is obviously some sort of drainage/water issues underneath. We paid £2400 for a week to stay there and it was very unclean (there were crumbs left under the table that I had to hoover up before my family could eat at the table)

Positive: Very modern with great facilities. It has everything you will need for your stay

Negative: I think blackout blinds/curtains will be better option on summer days when sun comes out at 4am and your room is filled with day light. For me, this property would be 10/10 if they had blackout blinds/curtains.

Summary: Great stay in this beautiful property which felt like home away from home.

Positive: Beautifully presented bungalow with great facilities. So clean and obviously well maintained! Perfect home away from home which suited our group perfectly- 2 OAPs, 4 adults, an energetic 7 year old and 4mo baby. Very accommodating when crib requested and high chair was also available (though not required). Rooms were spacious so we weren’t ‘ontop’ of each other all the time, and TVs in every bedroom as well as main living room. Loved the garden, shame we didn’t get to use the BBQ during our stay!

Positive: Layout was good for a family and had pretty much everything you needed.

Negative: Bedrooms require blackout blinds for summer as the light streams in at 4am making for an early start. Unfortunately there was no tv controls for main tv so my elderly parents were unable to relax in the evening with some viewing. Previous guests had taken them on leaving but host did not provide a replacement in the 7days we were there.

Summary: Nice clean rental, expensive for location.
